RETURN POLICY

We at Red Shell Foods Inc. are certain that you will be satisfied with the product you ordered. We guarantee that all items are best quality products. Red Shell Foods, Inc. handles only returns or exchanges for orders placed via this website. Do not contact any other retailers for issues with orders placed via this website.
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Item Shipped
  2. Defective packaging

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED.

  • To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at info@redshell.com to obtain an authorization for return. All items must be returned in a new, unopen condition.
  • You must specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

If the item that you received was a defective, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt of the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

Once you receive your Return Authorization you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (10 business days) to receive an exchange or the RA will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund an amount up to the cost that it cost us to ship the original order to you.

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product insured through a traceable carrier. Please allow 7 days for your credit card reimbursement once Red Shell Foods Inc. receives the product. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
